1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production/shipping hasn’t started.

Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once design is approved or manufacturing has begun.

To request cancellation, email info@aatmikdecors.in or call 9669005860 with your order details.

2. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds apply to: Custom-designed furniture, Clearance / discounted items, Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or incorrect installation & Normal wear & tear, stains, water damage, or relocation damage.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are considered only if: Product is damaged during delivery, Wrong item was delivered & Major manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality team.

Customer must send photos/videos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery for evaluation.

4. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement or repair may be offered instead of refund when feasible.

Pickup of defective products will be arranged by us if the claim is valid.
